Ihr Buchungssystem oder CRM fehlt im App-Verzeichnis? Das sollten Sie uns schicken.
Schreiben Sie an support@solwees.ai: den Namen des Systems, Ihr Land und wie viele Standorte Sie haben.
Wir prüfen, ob das System uns erlaubt, freie Zeiten zu lesen, Buchungen anzulegen, zu ändern und zu stornieren und einen Kunden über die Telefonnummer zu finden. Das braucht der Assistent, um buchen zu können.
Schicken Sie niemals Passwörter per E-Mail. Wenn wir die Integration bauen, verbinden Sie sie selbst im App-Verzeichnis, oder wir vereinbaren mit Ihnen einen sicheren Weg.
Bis dahin kann der Assistent Kunden antworten und Buchungsanfragen an Ihr Team weitergeben.
