What about customers who do not show up?
Solwees sends a WhatsApp reminder 24 hours ahead and supports prepayment when you enable it. It is the highest-impact lever you can pull in the 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:30 to 19:30 window in San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
Why this matters in San Bartolomé de Tirajana
The team is physically with a dog most of the day and can't pick up the phone without interrupting the service. In San Bartolomé de Tirajana pressure peaks from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 19:30: with the pet grooming studio at capacity, a missed call is a missed customer. The practical outcome is the same for any pet grooming studio in the area: customers who never get through because no one picks up, and empty slots in the highest-demand windows. Solwees closes that gap with a call answered in under a second and the details written into your system before the line drops.
