Two booking systems. One schedule.
Many salons take bookings in two places: their own booking system and a marketplace. Solwees connects both, offers clients only the times that are free in both, and writes every booking it makes into both calendars, so no hour is sold twice.

Do you have a manicure with Anna this afternoon?
Anna is free at 15:00 or at 16:00. Which one suits you?
15:00, please
Booked: manicure with Anna today at 15:00. See you!
14:00 is taken on the marketplace, so it is not offered
A client books 14:00 on the marketplace. A minute later another client asks in WhatsApp: 14:00 is not offered, the assistant books 15:00, and the visit appears in both calendars.
How the two calendars stay in step
Three things happen behind every booking: the check of both calendars, the copy into the second one, and the pairing of the same person in both systems.
When the assistant looks for a time, it takes the free times of your main system and removes those already booked in the second one for the same specialist.
- Checked once more right before booking
- Bookings made in either system count
- Cancelled and no-show bookings free the time again

A booking the assistant makes goes into your main system, and a copy goes into the second one, so the marketplace shows the time as taken.
- Moving the visit moves the copy
- Cancelling the visit removes the copy
- The copy is marked, so your team can tell it apart
Specialists are paired once: pick a name in the main system and the same person in the second one. Different spellings stop mattering.
- Picked from the live staff lists of both systems
- A name spelled the same in both is paired by itself; two people with the same name are paired by hand
Switched on in the agent settings
Connect the second booking system like any other integration, then switch it on in the assistant’s settings: which system it is, whether to check its busy times, and whether to copy bookings into it.
Each system with its own access
Both systems are connected to Solwees separately, as they are, with nothing to export.
Check, copy, or both
The check of busy times and the copying of bookings are switched on separately.
Nothing changes for one system
Salons with a single booking system work as before: the second one is off by default.

Questions about two booking systems
Can Solwees work with two booking systems at once?
Yes. Connect your main booking system and a second one, for example a marketplace. The assistant offers only the times free in both and writes its bookings into both.
Will a booking from the marketplace block that time for the assistant?
Yes. Before offering a time the assistant checks the second system for the same specialist, and checks again right before booking. A time taken there is not offered.
Does a booking made in one system appear in the other?
Bookings the assistant makes are copied into the second system, and moving or cancelling updates the copy. A booking made by hand in one system is not copied, but the assistant sees it and does not offer that time.
Which systems can be combined?
Any two booking systems Solwees connects to, for example Fresha and Treatwell, or Altegio and Booksy. The full list is on the integrations page.
What if a specialist is named differently in the two systems?
Pair them once in the settings: pick the specialist in the main system and the same person in the second one. Both lists come from the systems, so there is nothing to type.
What happens if the second system is down?
The assistant keeps booking from the main system. While the second system does not answer, the check is skipped, so clients are never left without a time.
Stop selling the same hour twice
Connect both systems, pair your team once, and the assistant books around both calendars.
