FrouFrou catches the calls the host can't pick up.
A Mediterranean restaurant in Marbella with garden terrace and full bar. Solwees runs as a backup line: the phone rings for 15 seconds first; if no one picks up, the AI takes the reservation. After hours it handles the line alone. Live since 1 April 2026.
Before Solwees
Peak service hours meant phone calls competed with table service. Reservations arriving after kitchen close (when the host had left) often went to voicemail and didn't convert. The team wanted to stay focused on the room and let bookings come in through any channel without interruption.
After Solwees
Solwees runs as backup to the host station. The line rings for 15 seconds first. If the host is on the floor or has already left for the night, the AI takes the reservation. 468 reservations captured this way since launch, 18% of them after hours when staff is offline.
How Solwees fits the day-to-day
Solwees backs up the host. The line rings for 15 seconds; the AI only picks up if the host is busy on the floor or has gone home.
18% of reservations come in after hours, when the host has left the building. Those would have gone to voicemail before. Pure recovered revenue.
Solwees handles questions about menu, terrace seating, dietary requirements and group sizes in the brand's voice.
Connected directly to the reservation calendar. No double-bookings, no overflow, no manual data entry.
