AI Receptionist for Massage and Spa in Basque Country
The community of Basque Country groups roughly 503 massage and spa centres across 8 markets (Bilbao, Vitoria-Gasteiz, San Sebastián, Getxo, Irún and more). The pattern is the same in all of them: most inbound contact lands while the team is mid-service, and many requests sit unanswered.
Solwees answers calls and messages around the clock in English, French, Spanish and Basque, and writes every request straight into Booksy or Fresha without anyone having to type.
Why this matters in Basque Country
8 cities in Basque Country share the same bottleneck for massage and spa centres: pressure peaks from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30, with most teams mid-service. A missed call is a missed customer, and empty slots hit revenue directly. Solwees closes that gap with a call answered in under a second and the details written into your system before the line drops. The same configuration applies in each city of the community with locally-adapted script and voice.
How Solwees solves it
- 01Session booked straight into Booksy, Fresha or Treatwell during the call.
- 02Reminder 24 hours ahead with self-service reschedule, no front-desk touch.
- 03Packages and gift cards upsold during the call using your own pricing rules.
