Who we are under GDPR, where data is stored and how requests from your clients are handled.
Solwees is run by SMYADGT OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia, under EU law. Data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.
For your clients’ data, you are the controller and Solwees is the processor. Using Solwees means accepting our Data Processing Addendum, published on our website.
If one of your clients asks to see or delete their data, the request is passed to you as the business, and we act on your instructions.
Solwees keeps the data needed for chats, calls, bookings, the client base and marketing that you use, for as long as your workspace exists and as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
