What affects how calls sound and where to listen to them.
Phone calls run at standard phone quality, whatever your carrier supports. WhatsApp calls sound better because they don’t go through the phone network.
Background noise on the client’s side is reduced, so the assistant hears the client even in a busy street or a salon.
Every call is recorded with a transcript in the conversation, «Voice transcript», so you can listen to how it went.
