Switching language mid-conversation
AI assistant and knowledge baseUpdated 4 October 2026
The assistant follows the client’s language, in a chat and on a call.
When a client switches to another language, the assistant switches with them, in a chat and on a call.
If «Reply only in the allowed languages» is on, it switches only between the languages you allowed.
You can turn on a line that offers the client a choice of language at the end of the first reply. It is off by default.
Reminders and other messages go out in the client’s preferred language when you have a template in it, otherwise in English or the first template available. The dashboard and the app are available in English, Spanish, Georgian, Russian and Ukrainian.
