Solwees supports 50+ languages for voice conversations, with three quality tiers.
Tier 1 (highest quality, native accents): English (US, UK, Australian), Spanish (Castilian, Mexican, Argentine), Portuguese (Brazilian, European), French, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic (MSA + Gulf), Mandarin, Japanese.
Tier 2 (high quality, generic accent): Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Czech, Romanian, Greek, Turkish, Hebrew, Hindi, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai.
Tier 3 (functional, may have small phrasing artifacts): Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovak, Slovenian, Hungarian, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Catalan, Basque, Galician, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Tagalog, Indonesian, Malay, Bengali, Persian, Urdu, Swahili, Afrikaans.
Language selection works in two stages. The starting language is picked automatically from the country code of the incoming phone number: a call from Spain starts in Spanish, from Germany in German, and so on. If the caller wants to switch to a different language mid-call, they simply ask ('do you speak English?', 'hablas español?') and the agent switches and continues in that language.
